“I raise”

The title pretty much sums things up, got back from Slovakia (Bratislava) last week and haven’t really done much since apart from work and recover. The trip was excellent, and just what I needed, Bratislava is very similar in setup and architecture to Prague except it has one tenth of the drunken English twats (excluding us obv), and whilst we were there, 30+ degree temperatures constantly… lush!

 I’ve also given into group peer pressure and finally joined www.facebook.com and have to say I actually quite like it! It’s kind of like Myspace for adults, much cleaner and less of the chavyness.  This is a pokerblog?! Oh yeah! Ermm I’ve hardly played since I came back so not much to report. I think I’m gonna do another SNG challenge shortly, as it seems the only way I can motivate myself to put in the hours. Dunno what yet, but I’m thinking of doing something stupid like 400 games in one month at the $33’s or $55’s. That would probably kill me, but should bring in somewhere in the region of $3.5k to $5k depending on what level I play at and how good or bad I run. This is mainly motivated by the fact that I want a new car, and a fast one at that, plus I wanna take at least $3k or $4k to Vegas, so over the next few months I wanna earn about $12k at poker. Hmmm. We’ll have to see on that one.

No poker tonight as I’m taking a teenage girly out for a drink, who I’m pretty sure is going to make me feel really old and start thinking about silly things like getting a proper girlfriend and settling down, but meh, bite me, I’m sure I’ll enjoy the evening.
